How we handle returns & Refunds
There is no refund, return or exchange on flower arrangements. Our Florists cannot guarantee specific flower species or arrangement replication, however will endeavour to match with in season, fresh, quality available flowers.
There is no refund on Plant purchases, however in the case of 'change of mind' plants, they may be exchanged or returned for a store credit if returned within 24hrs and in original condition and housing. This is at the store managers discretion. There are no refunds on Plant purchases. The Flowers in Her Hair team sell all plants in healthy and quality condition, therefore this will not be considered for owner plant neglect.
Please contact the Flower in Her Hair team PRIOR to returning your plant to our store, as plants that leave the store will need to be placed in isolation to ensure they don't pose any health and pest risk to our stock.
There is no refund for giftware and all other products outlined above, for change of mind purchases. A store credit or exchange will be considered at the store mangers discretion.
A store credit or refund is available for all items that are faulty and not able to be used for their intended use. The Flowers in Her Hair team endeavour to ensure all products that are sold are in complete working condition prior to leaving the store. Therefore this will be granted only at the Store Mangers discretion.
For all returns, exchanges and refunds to be considered, the recipient must contact Flowers in Her Hair via phone or email within 48hrs of receipt of the product.
